We are seeking a dedicated and skilled researcher to lead gu ton chip validation using commercial primary intestinal cells for drug testing.
· Lead and manage the implementation of the gut on chip validation
· Design and perform experiments aligned with the project’s milestones, goals, and budget.
· Develop and optimize protocols (SOPs) and perform detailed data analysis.
· Prepare technical reports, present findings at scientific conferences, and co-author publications.
· Coordinate communication with project stakeholders and collaborators.
· Supervise and mentor research technicians and undergraduate students.
· Ensure a collaborative, inclusive, and efficient lab environment.
· PhD in biology, biomedical sciences, or related field.
· Strong hands-on experience with primary mammalian cell cultures and standard analytical techniques.
· Proven track record of leading experimental work and scientific publications.
· Strong critical thinking and problem - solving skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Experience in supervising students or lab technicians.
· Experience with intestinal models using primary cell cultures.
· Prior involvement in intestinal model validation or drug testing.
· Familiarity with organ on chip systems and/or microfluidics.
· Industrial R&D experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sectors.
· Proficiency in advanced imaging techniques(e.g., confocal microscopy, IHC/IF).
